YOU EITHER HAVE A REALLY BIG BOWL OF OATMEAL TO HANDLE ALL OF THAT OR THOSE WERE OPTIONS? I LOVE MAPLE & BROWN SUGAR OATMEAL AND IF I HAVE FRUIT AROUND, THEN SOMETIMES I'LL ADD TO IT. I DO HAVE CHIA SEEDS, THO.

Thanks for that intention! I'm very grateful. I'm really passionate about this blog. :) I hope it helps you in meaningful ways. So remember, for the oatmeal, don't use the mix--that stuff just like eating a bowl full of sugar. Buy a box of old fashioned rolled oat and cook them. It's an entirely different food from those instant packets.

I have a really big bowl to handle all that. I use 1/2 cup rolled oats & 1 cup water, so it's one serving of oatmeal. While it cooks I chop 4-5 strawberries, 4-5 raspberries if I have them, 13 blueberries, 1 whole banana, a heaping tablespoon of flaxseed, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, several shakes of cinnamon and then I sprinkle chia seeds on top. There's as much fruit as oatmeal and maybe even a little more fruit than oatmeal.
